He appears to be a young man around the age of 19, but in reality, is around 45 due to his mechanical implants. Caucasian. He has silver hair. He has blue eyes. He wears a brown trench coat (ZX-ified, of course), and black pants. His boots/shoes are brown. He also wears a white tie.




When Megamerged with Model ó, he sports a black vest. His communicators go down bast his cheeks slightly. He sports gold gauntlets and boots. His hair becomes blond.




When Valiant Megamerged the vest section becomes a chest plate with a blue crystal in it. His shoulder guards also sport blue crystals. His knee, ankle, and wrist guards become transluscent blue. The 'jumpsuit' becomes red. Energy wings extend from his back. His hair turns red and a crown/forehead guard with a blue crystal appears on his head. Energy tends to emit from the sides of this guard.

Megamerge - Vince uses Model ό's power to become Mega Man Model ό

Background:

Vince lost his family during one of the Maverick raids that happened roughly 20 years ago. Since then, he has had increasing doubts about the government. He continued to investigate small-time crimes on a regular basis up until a Maverick raid roughly 10 years ago killed a group of people at the amusement park near Cinq Ville. He wondered if the two raids were possibly connected.

He went to investigate, but he couldn’t get in due to the security there. He looked for an alternate route from another area, but the ground underneath him collapsed and he fell about 50 feet into a river which took him, unconscious, to an underground facility several miles to the south. He washed up onto solid ground and slowly woke up.

In this laboratory, he found the remains of a Reploid. He had several gashes from what appeared to be an energy blade, scorch marks from fire, and possible short-circuiting from electricity. The room was dimly lit from some lamps, a strange, white object with red circuit-lines towards the back of the room, and from a small, gold emblem with a blue crystal on the deceased Reploid’s arm. The white object increasingly started to make Vince feel uneasy and somewhat fearful. He began to writhe and pain as the red energy from the object’s “eye” became increasingly brighter. Instinctively, he reached for his blaster and tried to destroy the object, but to no avail. He then noticed the crystal on the Reploid’s arm was glowing brighter. He instinctively touched the object and a flash of gold light caused it to transform. It now appeared to have a semi-human face. The object told him, “Quickly! Take hold of me and yell Megamerge! You won’t stand a chance against this thing if you don’t!”

Vince had no time to argue. He agreed and yelled the keyword. In a flash, he transformed, and used the object’s power to destroy the object.

The transformation was canceled and the object revealed itself to be ‘Biometal Model ó (Omicron)' and explained that the object they destroyed was one of many powerful Biometals known as Model Ws. Model ó told Vince that he might be a target of people known as Mega Men in the future. It explained that the Model Ws were the reason that there have been Maverick raids. Apparently Slither Inc. was behind both raids. Although he had no idea how this Biometal knew these things, Vince was determined to prevent the same suffering he had endured from repeating. He managed to make his way to the surface.

Model ó and Vince both agreed that it was foolhardy to attack the company directly. Instead, they worked for 10 years trying to gather the evidence they needed to expose the Slither Inc. conspiracy, but to no avail. Model ó sensed the activity of other Biometals and advised Vince to lay low for a while. It was shortly afterwords that two warriors with blond hair took down Slither Inc.

The truth behind Serpent hadn't been clearly released, but Vince and Model ó had no reason to dwell on him. Model ó decided that the ‘heroes’ were capable enough, and that Vince had no real reason to dwell on finding the Model Ws.

Vince and Model ó currently work together on investigations. With the crime rate slowly dropping, however, the two try to find Model Ws and destroy them as well.

Personality: Vince is kind and compassionate. However, he often blames himself for his inability to save his family during the Maverick raid 20 years ago. He's a little more rash and risk taking than Model ó would like.

Dreams: To protect everyone using the power of Model ό. To prevent people from suffering the same way he had.

Reasons for Dreams: He lost his family and his entire town at the hands of Mavericks. He doesn’t want it to happen again.

Miscellaneous Information: Vince keeps his identification with him at all times. He sometimes gets annoyed by Model ó’s lecturing. He has an office/home in Cinq Ville.
