Physical Description:
Mattina is 18 years old. She has gray eyes, crimson hair, and fair skin. She wears an orange, short-sleeve shirt with metal padding sown into the breast sections, back, and shoulders. Tina wears gray shorts with plating on the lower leg section. She sports gray boots with white trims; extra leg protection is provided similar to Atlas’s boots. She wears a brown belt with a brass buckle. Her buster is kept in an orange holster on her right side. Mattina wears elongated wrist-guards which are white and orange. A yellow bandanna worn by her father is wrapped around her neck. A gray visor with a long, metal lens pushes her hair back. The visor connects to her communicators, which go back behind her head. A hole in the back allows her thin ponytail to protrude.
Equipment:
- Buster (Pistol) – A standard-issued Hunter weapon. Mattina prefers the smaller hand-gun model over the rifle variant.
- Armor – Not exactly armor, per se, but metal padding is sown into her shirt for extra protection around the chest, back, and shoulders.
- Visor – A visor to protect her face. It is also used to protect her eyes from the light from laser fire, sunlight, and as a mask.
- Hacking Terminal - A small, portable computer with a card reader and several different jacks which is used for the sole purpose of hacking into machinery.
- Motorcycle – A yellow motorcycle designed for off-road travel. Mattina uses this as her main mode of transportation. When she leaves for the occasional airship missions, she keeps the motorcycle safe at her lodging at the Hunter’s Camp.
Skills or Techniques: Marrita’s skills are limited to gunslinging. However, she is quite athletic, and has decent agility. Her aim is very precise, and she always aims for a weak spot before pulling the trigger.
Background: Mattina is the daughter of Lucio and Maria Dawn. Lucio was a Bounty Hunter who had become a local legend within the guild from the dangerous missions he had completed. Maria was a snack vender at Cinq Ville’s amusement park. When Mattina was 8 years old, Maria was killed in the Maverick raid from 10 years ago. After that day, Mattina worked with her father at the Hunters Camp, performing errands around the complex while her father accepted the dangerous missions. It was 3 years ago when Mattina was 15 that Lucio and several other Hunters set out on a fatal mission.
The mission was to rescue a group of civilians that were captured by Mavericks. However, all but one Hunter survived the attack. The injured Hunter managed to make it back to camp via a Transerver and gave Mattina the bandanna that Lucio wore, and explained that a horse-like Maverick had wiped out the party. This Hunter died from his injuries shortly afterwords.
Mattina felt an urge for vengeance. She was determined to find and destroy the Maverick that killed her father.
Mattina was told stories as a young child about a legendary gun that an ancient warrior wielded centuries ago. She began to search for the weapon to aid her in her personal quest.
Personality: Kind and always up for adventure. She can be easily discouraged, however, if she fails an objective. She takes her Bounty Hunting work seriously.
Dreams: To find the legendary weapon, destroy the horse Maverick, as well as to become a renowned gunslinger.
Reasons for Dreams: She wants to gain the skills to protect others from being killed like her mother and father.
Miscellaneous Information: Tina is a fruit connoisseur. However, she strongly dislikes tomatoes and tomato sauce.
