Physical Description: Wearing the Royal robes of descending family, the blue and white vertical stripes adorn his vest and trousers. At his side he has a sash wrapping around his sword scabbard, keeping it anchored at his side. Usually, he has white gloves over his hands.


Physical description depicts him as fit, even at the age of 36. He has several distinct features, having a faint scar across his forehead. He keeps his hair tied back in a short pony-tail with a blue band over his fore-head to keep the hair formed.

Equipment:
Venetian Falcon - A fine sword with a golden handle. It has an eagle carved into the handle and a sharp blade. Claus Saiban is engraved near the tip of the blade.
Artifact - A mysterious and ancient artifact. It is one of his most prized possessions. It's purpose is relatively unknown.
Disguised blaster - It is a tiny blaster disguised as a moderate-sized key. It can fire 1 round, and the size of a humming-bird.

Skills or Techniques:
Advanced swordsman-ship - Occasionally training with his son, Claus is an excellent opponent in sword-play.
Military experience - His father forced it upon him to visit the Spanish Sector for physical endurance training and military procedures. He was taught tactics, strategy, and of course how to fire off a more modern weapon.
Diplomacy As part of his Dynasty, the art of politics was essential. He's a good diplomat and his people love him.
Background:
Claus Saiban, the current Ruler to the Royal Mediterranean was born in the once great city of Rome during a great scale of conflict. Model W's were rampaging all over his land. He had made a vow to eliminate all mavericks at the time, and with his military might he did. At a young age his father passed away, leaving him the throne. He used his power and wealth to destroy all maverick threats in the once-peaceful peninsula of Italy.

Following his later years, He bore a son with his wife, Emilia Swortza. He was inducted into a secret society of Knights and Free-thinkers who sought world peace and unity. He was then tasked with a goal: Locate and secure an ancient artifact. In a matter of years, he succeeded. Now, even searching for more artifacts. Some time around the age of 25, he completely took the reigns to the Order, and learned of an old enemy: The group of warriors who called themselves The Assassins. He took the privilege of wiping their order out of the Mediterranean and nearly causing a collapse of the entire group. Now with the assassins thought to be gone, he rules his states planning new schemes.
Personality:
Claus shows a kind face with a great sign of hope and freedom. It was once said he even wrote a note to the child's parents in apology for her absence after running away.

Underneath the facade, he's a plotting and malevolent leader of the shady order. Something definitely isn't right, but he's a great liar.

Dreams: To end the maverick wars within his sectors, to unify the entire world under one enormous state of being.

Reasons for Dreams: All part of his plans and schemes.

OK, this character is complicated... I'm particularly concerned by how powerful he is in terms of political power; as said before, the world is already united by Legion and the Sage Trinity; every country in the world has a representative in Legion.

Keeping that in mind, I suppose that your character could still be the sovereign of a country under Legion.

I agree with Oakie. His political power comes into question, but if great story comes out of it, then fine.

I was meaning to have the Military power well-rounded and the political influence large in the Representment in Legion.

I've been giving serious thought about this character. It's the most difficult profile I've had to review since the RP started.

How exactly do you plan on playing this character? You're going to be the only player with a political leader at the moment, so it will be difficult to involve him in the current affairs of the RP on a fashion that fits a man of his position.

Also, I still think the character has too much power. Having influence is one thing, but sovereignty over multiple countries is too much authority for a single person in ZX, especially when the Sage Trinity already has a similar role.

They are not Multiple countries. I only listed current ones to familiarize you with the size of the country. As for how I'll play them, its exactly why he's the leader of a shady organization as well.

Although I still have my reservations, I decided to approve your character. However, if you have any deeper schemes planned for him, I would like to be consulted beforehand. This organization you're speaking of is something that needs to be discussed before its presence is established in the RP.

Other than that, make sure to play the character in a manner that befits the role you assigned him to. I will call you out if I feel that you're overstepping your bounds.
