A trio of treasure hunters who neither side with Hunters or Raiders, nor collect the most forbidden artifacts for money. The only thing that's known about them is they were hired by Byakko Monastery to retrieve anything that's considered too dangerous to be found and move them someplace where no one will ever find them again.

Physical Description: Long, blond, straight hair, wears a white bandana, blue uniform with gold borders around the sleeves, and extending from the collar zipper to the bottom of his coat, bearing the same emblem of EN on his left chest and white armband, white ribbons around his shoulders, and knee high, green boots with gold wings cuffed around his ankles.

Equipment: Has a green, gold trimmed, 3ft, liondog-headed mechaniloid hovering near his back that acts as his holster for a long, pure titanium katana sharp enough to cut through metal, a shield as strong as a mettool's helmet, a transerver for his mechaniloid army, and a flashlight for dark areas.

Skills or Techniques: With the advancement of cybernetic implants, Hayato is now able to repair and build mechaniloids at twice the rate of an average human. He has also upgraded his liondog-headed mechaniloid to transfer his mechaniloid army at the snap of a finger; though transfering large battalions may require a moderate supply of E-Cyrstals to keep the mechanilod from shutting down from energy exhaustion. He is also able to run as fast as a motorbike and glide over water without sinking, the mechanic stemming from two small boosters on the soles of each boot that jet a small burst of energy upon activation.

Background: Hayato is a prodigal member of Byakko Monastery, best known in the current society for their knowledge and practice of reconstruction, robotics, and refining modern day metal into useful weapons sharp enough to cut through titanium. He is also the leader of Elite Noble, a treasure hunting squad enlisted by the current Headmaster to seek out and recover artifacts deemed too dangerous to be tossed about like an open sack of money. The only thing keeping the Hunters and Raiders from identifying him as a nuisance is his willingness to let the Headmaster offer a negotiated price should he fail to get to the artifact before them.

Personality: Hayato is a hardworking man, but hardly shows it by the look of his calm expression. He respects his companions, and those they choose to protect, and puts himself on the frontlines when they have become too weak or injured to fight on.

Dreams: To see peace continue to exist without the fear of another conflict

Miscellaneous Information: Recent years have caused drastic changes in the membership of the squad, but Hayato doesn't let the events that cause them distract or depress him from the task at hand. He keeps the past members in mind while allowing the new members to pick up where they once left off.

It is rumored that Hayato will often show up in locations Ryuta is currently in, either aiding in fighting off the Raiders and Hunters, or getting into fights with him over whether Byakko deserves to keep possession of the artifact in question, leaving their respected members on the sidelines, dumbstruck and annoyed at their everlasting rivalry.

One thing: Just fix the formatting. It's REALLY jumbled.

My only real issues with the character are his running speed and gliding ability; this shouldn't be possible with regular bionic parts. Is there something special about his enhancements?

I guess I should've been more descriptive with his running capabilities. His boots have a low powered booster attachments that ignite either by manual activation or when it senses his feet touching water, giving the naked-eye impression that he's running faster than normal.

I've got no problems with it.
