This room has a Transerver which the Guardians use to accept mission requests, submit reports, record data and transport to a destination. Most of the the wall is made of a large framed window which provides a wonderful view of the outside.

Vent arrived, and picked up the mission folder. He has a box, which appeared to be heavy. Model X floated about, and felt something inside it.

"... This isn't a normal package... It's got a weird feeling to it..."

Model Z came right next to Model X, and said something similar.

"Yes... Vent, Aile, do not lose this package at all costs."

Vent looked with worry, Aile, with excitement.

Model X and Z floated back into the carrier bags Vent had on his back.

Aile saw their destination. Area A-1; around where Vent and Aile found Model X. This is where the group known as the 7 Watchmen were stationed, and were expecting the package.

"Alright... Let's do this..." Vent said.

"Hehe, fun... I wonder if they're really only 7 of them..." Aile had said.

With a touch of a keypad, and a bright light, they were gone.

[To Area A-2]

Vent and Aile appeared in a flash of light. They walked out of the room, towards the [Main Deck.]

[From the Main Deck]

Vent, Aile, Model X, and Model Z all appeared in the room, with Aile arriving shortly after.

"Vent, we need to M.E.G.A. Merge before we go back to the camp... Just in case." Aile said.

[Continued from Main Deck]

Before Vent replied to Aile, he saw a figure suddenly fading into existence as it materialized on the Transerver. Within seconds, he could see the familiar figure of a female Guardian walking out of the device. It was a pretty normal sight, although this particular Guardian literally stood out from her colleagues due to her unusual stature. Although the girl in question was about the same age as Vent, the boy still had to lift his head slightly to look the girl in the eyes, as if facing an adult.

"If it isn't our heroes." Holding onto the strap of her rifle hanging from her right shoulder, the girl stopped in front of Vent, lowering her eyes to look at the latter's face. "Going out to save the day again, I take it."

Vent did not respond, continuing to stare at the girl as if gauging her attitude. He saw the girl silently turning her eyes to Aile, then at Model X and Model Z, staring at them silently for a moment.

"Well, don't let me get in your way." The girl spoke as she stepped past them. "Far be it from me to stop another quest to save the world." The sarcasm was evident as the girl walked to the door with her red ponytail waving with her steps. Vent sighed. He knew better than to risk saying the wrong words to that Guardian. He once thought that Cédre had the worst attitude among the Guardians... but that was before he met Chêne. After seeing Chêne gone, Vent turned his attention back to Aile.

"I'm the one who decided to go out like this, Aile. You don't need to tag along." Vent walked towards the Transerver, placing one foot on the machine. "I'll be fine as long as I have Model X and Model Z."

Aile looked at Vent. She folded her arms, and started pouting. "Hmph. If that's how you feel, I won't help you when your in danger then..." She jokingly said. She remembered Chéne, and looked in the direction she went. She jumped back in the Transceiver, and went to [Cinq Ville.]

"I can take care of myself, you know." Vent remarked in an annoyed tone before teleporting away to the forest, seconds before Aile made use of the device.

FROM NEO ARCADIA......

INCOMING TRANSMISSION: LEGION COMMANDER PRICE ARMANI SECOND DEGREE....

OPENING CHANNEL. . . .

OOC: As the last two posts were related to the use of an NPC which isn't supposed to be present, I deleted them in order to rectify the matter.

The operators were surprised by the news. Was that yet another Biometal? Just one day before, there were only Vent and Aile. Where were these other chosen ones coming from so suddenly?

"I'm sorry, but our commander and vice-commander are unavailable at the moment and we need their authorization to allow transfers." Gardénia responded. "Please stand by while we contact them for clearance... in the meantime, can you provide further details? By 'biomodel', do you mean 'Biometal'?"

"I believe so," The man said. "I'm apart of a unit assigned to protect the Neo Arcadian excavation site. Maverick raids are often, but today's was major. We supressed it, thanks to the Biometal."

"I see... we're contacting commander as we speak. Please wait a moment..." In fact, Tulip was already contacting Prairie while Gardénia talked to Price.

"... Another one?! In the excavation site?!" Prairie clearly wasn't trying to hide her surprise upon hearing the news in her communicator.

"Yes, commander." Tulip talked in a separate channel. "The leader claims that the unit suppressed a Maverick raid with the power of a new Biometal. They're asking for authorization to transfer the chosen one over."

"... I see... please ask them to wait for now." The commander responded. "We're almost finished here and I'd like to verify this personally. Prairie out."

"Roger." Tulip switched to Price's channel afterwards. "Sir, our commander has requested you to maintain your position. She wishes to meet you in person."

"Is there a specific location she'd like to meet with the biometal and girl?" Price chimed back in. "We're relatively secure now with all the recent installations."

"A girl? Is she the chosen one for the Biometal?" The operator asked. "Also, can you confirm if there is a Transerver in the area, or at least a transfer point?"

"There's a tranceiver at one of our Make-shift rebuilt CM's. Would you like coordinates, Miss?" He then entered the coordinates for the Guardians.

"I don't know about this.." Sage told them, feeling uneasy.

"I don't either. But it's our first steps!" The Biometal told her.

"Wait.." Price turned. "Roska, is your chosen one?"

"Right! I definitely feel a connection with her!"

"Thank you for the coordinates, sir." Tulip replied while the other operators updated their Transerver with the new location and informed Prairie. "Our commander should arrive momentarily."

"Gracie, senora." Price told her in his perfect Italian.

[Continued from Area K-5: Oceanic Front]

Vent did not file a report before returning to base, since the mission had not been actually included in his Trans Server account. It was then that he realized the worst part of his entire ordeal... all that time wasted, and he would not be paid for it! Could the day become any worse?! Maybe he could at least talk Prairie into compensating him in some manner...

As he stepped out of the Data Room, the sight of three Guardians had caught his eye; particularly the tall, braided redhead in the middle with her left hand on her opposite arm. "Huh? Chêne?" He called for the girl on a whim. Although he preferred to avoid conversation with the girl, he could not help but notice the glove stained in red.

"... What's with that look, Mega Boy?" Chêne spared a look at Vent from over her shoulder. "Never saw an injured Guardian before?"

"What happened? That doesn't look like a scratch." Vent looked concerned as he approached the girl, who simply stared at him.

"Chêne needs to see Muguet now, Vent." One female Guardian by Chêne's right side spoke. "Fleuve can explain the rest to you. He's in the bridge."

"Fleuve?" Vent quirked an eyebrow. "So Prairie didn't come back yet, Oeillet?"

"She's still in the ruins with Aile, I think." Oeillet replied. "At least, that's what I heard."

"Okay then, I'll talk to Fleuve." Vent nodded as he returned his focus to the taller girl. "And... get better soon, Chêne."

"... It's just a scratch." Chêne replied with a calmer tone, and sighed. "And a reminder that I'm not strong enough yet. I'll just have to try harder." Vent widened his eyes slighly at the reply. He did not know what had happened with the girl, but that was not the kind of comment he was expecting from a bold girl such as Chêne. "By the way, just so you know..." The girl suddenly frowned. "the Biometals are doing it again. And you can bet that it'll happen again, and again." Her eyes narrowed as she finished the sentence with a very heavy tone.

"Please Chêne, we need to go... see you later, Vent." Oeillet waved at the Chosen One before walking to the lift with Chêne.

"Later..." Vent returned the wave as his fellow Guardians walked away, but he continued to look at Chêne until she was out of his view. The girl's resent for the Biometals... it was not normal. He had seen Guardians who felt jealous of him for being a chosen one... but Chêne's tone conveyed something else; if the other Guardians wished they could transform with his Biometals, he felt that any Biometal on Chêne's hands would be quickly turned to scrap. How could that girl exhale so much hate...? It was true that Model W was the Biometal responsible for creating the Mavericks that took their parents away from them... but it was unfair to treat the other Biometals the same way; especially the ones created to fight Model W. Aside from Aile, Prairie and Fleuve, he probably knew that better than anybody else.

It was then that Vent realized, he was just wasting time standing still. He still had Chiba's recording to deliver, and after that, maybe he could go watch the new Mega Men messing around with the Guardians' little mascot for a laugh.

[From Area D-2: Control Center (aka Slither Inc) Ruins]

The Light Disappeared, and Andrew found himself in a completely different area. He could of sworn he heard the rushing of footsteps before he drifted off into wonderland. Model D who floated just above Andrew's head saw soldiers coming into the area. He no longer paid attention to them, and looked down at Andrew with concern and anger.

OOC: As I mentioned in Slither Inc, the transfer order is as follows: Hareng, Vince, Zexen, Carrelet, Andrew, Kiriyama, Vent, Thon's group. Keep this in mind when following this post.

[Continued from Main Deck (Fleuve)]

[Continued from Area D-2: Control Center (aka Slither Inc) Ruins (Andrew, Bar, Carrelet, Cédre, Dorado, Hareng, Kiriyama, Thon, Vent, Vince, Zexen)]

Fleuve rushed to the room to meet the upcoming arrivals personally. Someone needed to manage the situation after the hectic events which had just transpired in the ruins of Slither Inc.

The emergency unit requested by the vice-commander was quick to arrive. Four Guardians, which had brought a stretcher for anybody seriously injured. All four were male, but only half were wearing their visors. The ones who did not conceal their faces were both taller than average, although one looked short due to his noticeably withdrawn posture. Both also had black hair, although one of them had two long bangs on the sides of his head while the seemingly timid one had a long fringe covering one of his eyes. The four Guardians stood by as Hareng arrived, who was promptly directed by Fleuve to deliver the Mechaniloid he had brought to the engineer Silure.

Vince and Zexen were the next ones to arrive, followed by Carrelet. "Sir," the short Guardian talked. "This is the person we found in the building."

"I see." The vice-commander turned his attention to Zexen. "I'm afraid that we're in the middle or a situation right now, so we'll need you to stay in an empty room until we can talk. Carrelet, show him the way." The vice-commander managed to regain some of his composure since he had found a few seconds to breathe.

"Aye, sir." Carrelet responded. "This way, please." The Guadrian urged Zexen to follow him as he opened the door to the corridors.

The two visored Guardians mobilized immediately as Andrew materialized next, taking his body out of the Transerver and placing him on the stretcher.

"Oh my...!" Fleuve adjusted his glasses, as if to make sure that he was not seeing things. "You know what to do, go!" The Guardians followed the order quickly, taking the Chosen One towards the room that Muguet and Rose had prepared for emergency treatment.

The vice-commander had a concerned look on his face as Kiriyama arrived. "Thank goodness that Vent arrived in time." Fleuve sighed in relief. "I feared the worst..." As Fleuve did not see the Watchman transformed before, he did not recognize the new form.

"Fleuve, we got to do something about his hand fast." Vent arrived in time to comment, while urging Kiriyama to let go of the Mettaur he was currently holding. "Come on, you made your point. You got it, so let it go."

"Beep!" The Mettaur uttered as it started to flail its feet again.

"Truite, Congre, take him to the nurses immediately." Fleuve ordered the two Guardians who were standing by.

"Roger." The more relaxed Guardian replied. "This way." He gestured at the Watchman to follow as he walked towards the door.

"Yikes... y-you must have fought something nasty..." The other Guardian commented as he followed Kiriyama.

[From Area D-2: Control Center]

Vince immediately moved off of the Transerver to make wave for the new arrivals. He watched the others warp in. He noticed the wounds on Kiriyama and Andrew.

"Oh my God...!" he simply said in disbelief at their conditions. They looked lucky to be alive. Andrew was a complete mess, and Kiriyama had a hole in his hand. Something seemed different about the Watchman's Megamerged state, but he was too stunned to comment. He could only stare as they were being led out of the room...

[Area D-2: Control Center (aka Slither Inc) Ruins]

Kiriyama dropped the Met.

"Un... I don't..." Kiriyama said, dropping to the floor.

Model R de-merged with him.

"Kiriyama!?" Model R tried to listen for a response. He moaned and stretched his arms out. His injured hand twitched. "That stinger did a lot more damage than I thought..."

Kiriyama forced himself to his feet. He staggered to the door.

"Let's go..." he said, looking pale.

Zexen still didn't like being ordered around. It was something he tried to forget, especially from his child-hood. Being sent to a private educational work-place was hard enough. Even worse, his instructors and tutors were part of the inner-demons of hell.

He'd ponder about his past later, now following the person around the ship. Taking note of his surroundings, the design of the ship was interesting. There was a great potential for escape, but then what- He'd have no place to hide or flee. Just play it by the books for now, he thought. I'll have them all in my grasp one day.

"Whoa there!" Truite wrapped his left arm around Kiriyama to support the Watchman's body as they left the room. "You really don't look so good."

Thon's group arrived just as Zexen, Andrew and Kiriyama were taken away. The large Guardian waited until Cédre, Dorado and Bar had all arrived before saying anything. "We're all here, Chief! Where's the fire?"

"Transfer immediately to the Arcadian Ruins, and contain the Maverick raid. The coordinates should have been included in your accounts..." Fleuve was interrupted when the communicator of the base suddenly activated.

"Sir!" The female voice came from one of the operators. "We just received a report from the Arcadian Ruins! Their Transerver is damaged, rendering transfers impossible!"

"What?!" Fleuve was more than displeased by the news, and promptly responded to the transmission. "In that case, run all engines at full power! And Thon, make sure that everyone will be ready for action, just in case. Even if Aile manages to quell the raid on her own, the excavation site will most likely need assistance with damage control."

"Aye, Chief! Come on fellas, let's go!" Thon gestured at the other three Guardians to follow, and all four left the room quickly, leaving Fleuve, Vent, Vince and their Mettaur by themselves.

"I can't believe this!" Vent did not hide his frustration. "How can all this stuff happen so fast?!"

"Believe me Vent, I'd like to know the answer myself." The vice-commander adjusted his glasses again as he tried to keep composure. "Ahem... anyway, Vent, Vince... would you follow me to the bridge? Unless you need medical treatment, I'd like you to come for the debriefing since you couldn't file a mission report." The aged Reploid began to walk towards the door with the Mettaur by his side.

Vent sighed. He was worried about Prairie and Aile, but he knew he was practically helpless at the moment. "Sure, Fleuve. I'm fine." The boy nodded as he started to follow the vice-commander.

Vince, caught up in the moment, completely forgot about asking Kiriyama for his blaster again. He was legitimately concerned that he wouldn't be able to defend himself in case he was left unable to Megamerge again. He decided he'd get it back later, though; there were more pressing issues to deal with.

Vince followed Vent out the door and towards the Main Deck.

Model D took no time to follow the Guardians who were taking Andrew to the Emergency room. He took one last peek at everyone still remaining in the data room before leaving.

"Oh fine..." Kiriyama said. [Emergency Rooms]

Model R looked at the room. He proceeded to the [Main Deck]
