• Tracker - A device that acts as a GPS, communicator, and a Datalog, it is issued by the Neo Tokyo Reploid Station. It is old and beat up, but is very valuable as it contains loads of information.

C-Trans: Using his Copy Chip, Chiba can copy others Data and take their shape and form.

Pinpoint Shot: Chiba uses his advanced mind, his depth perception, and his skill as a sharp shooter to be able to shoot any part of a persons body. Takes around 3-5 seconds to target and fire.

Background:
Chiba was built as a New Generation Reploid, and has survived through the Maverick Wars, the Elf Wars, the Second Maverick Wars, and Vile's/Weil's Incident. He is a true Reploid, and is thus hunted by the government until he is dead or he decides to be given a life span. He seems to be an ally to the Guardians, except...!?

I'll admit that I'm a bit surprised you didn't post this straight in Roster.

As a note, Reploids in the ZX series are no less authentic than the Reploids of ages past. Ancient Reploids are simply referred to as "old models", and they lack the red triangle seen in the current generation; one such Reploid can be found in the Hunter's Camp of ZXA. Lifespan or not, Chiba should be considered an old model Reploid.

I'm curious as to how Chiba obtained Harpuia's DNA.

I posted it here because it still needs to be approved, otherwise it's straight to the Arc Exclusives, and I want to keep Chiba around for a bit.

I call Chiba a "True-Reploid" because he's an original Reploid with no life span, but I could just change it to Old Model Reploid... But he's a New Gen as well. Confusing.

In the Zero series, there is obviously going to be a fight between Chiba and Harupia. This is planned to take place during the Mega Man Zero 3 era in the Zero RPG run by Lumine.

Well, even if I wanted to reject Chiba, it would be far too late since he is already well established in the RP.

I suppose that Chiba's ability to copy Harpuia could introduce another point of conflict between Chiba, Vent and the Biometals if they actually fight. I'm just unsure of how he is supposed to do everything described in Soaring Slice if he is holding his weapons all the time.

As for Sigma's form, I don't remember him using the described techniques (or anything similar) in the X series.

Soaring Slice is to be used in conjunction with Tornado Lift. Forgot that part...

I don't think Sigma's attacks had names, and I just improvised on his X7-X8 bodies. "Boiling Blood" is the point in X8 where a bosses health gets low enough where they begin to get "mad" and use their ultimate attacks, while "Total Annihilation" was just something I made for Sigma. I might be using it in P:E when we get around to it.

Honestly, I don't think the Sigma abilities are necessary. He's got quite a few forms already. But I'm not a mod, so I guess it's Oakie's decision.

I just made a few based on his appearances that I figured would be... Sigma-ish.

The New Generation Reploids of X8 transformed into a facsimile of Sigma's original body, with similar skills. The true Sigma's X8 body also harkened back to his roots as a swordsman. I'd keep that in mind for a copy form.

There's no saying he couldn't get new data in P:E.

But meh, "Boiling Blood" is based on how bosses get low on health, and I guess I could use Sigma's weird teleportation thing where he grabs X/Zero/Axl.

Due to the circumstances of the RP, I'm pretty much obligated to approve the character. As for "Copy Sigma", since I'm presuming that this form won't be used in the near future, we can discuss the particulars at a later time.

Copy Sigma... Think when a villain uses his desperation move near the end of a final confrontation as the world is about to end.
