Tracker - A device that acts as a GPS, communicator, and a Datalog, it is issued by the Neo Tokyo Reploid Station. It is old and beat up, but is very valuable as it contains loads of information.
Skills or Techniques: C-Trans: Using his Copy Chip, Chiba can copy others Data and take their shape and form.
Pinpoint Shot: Chiba uses his advanced mind, his depth perception, and his skill as a sharp shooter to be able to shoot any part of a persons body. Takes around 3-5 seconds to target and fire.

Reversal Swing - Uses after images left by the saber to trick enemy into thinking he is attacking with his Saber, and shooting opponent instead.
Zantetsuken - Jumping into the air, R-Chiba uses his Saber attached to the North-Bound Chain in conjunction with spinning in the air and Shooting with the R-Blaster to create an attack meant for hitting enemies. Wastes most of the energy used to keep transformation.

Almighty Push/Pull - The ability to push or pull a distant object.
Universal Expansion - Using his power, KN-Chiba forces his surrounding area to be pushed away from him continuously for 5 seconds. It can deflect anything, and can be extremely fatal if an enemy is near. Using it wastes all of your energy.

Tornado Lift - Using his power, he creates a tornado in front of him which can be used as a lift for others to get up, or if enough energy is used, can be used to slam an enemy into a ceiling or launch him high into the air.
Soaring Slice - Dashing into the air, H-Chiba brings his enemy into the air and slices them with his blades, and then proceeds to slam his enemy into the ground. Weak and not much energy is used.

Bloody Zamboni - Using his power, he dashes forward, and with his tough body, he stabs his sword through the air and rams into enemies.
Merciless Judgement Using all of his energy, K-Chiba jumps into the air and increases the size of his sword's blade, and he slams his blade into the ground unleashing the energy causing fires and an explosion to occur, dealing damage to any foe near. Using it uses all of his energy.

Boiling Blood - Using his power, he lets loose energy giving himself a temporary stronger form.
Skull Crush - In a rage mode, S-Chiba teleports and grabs his enemy by their head and will keep crushing his opponents skull until he is forced to let go. Ranges from weak to strong, uses little to all of his energy.
The Seven Deadly SYN's Techniques:

Defier of God: - Chiba utilizes the abilities, personalities, form, etc. of 14 Reploids in the past that were in an organization called SYN-UNKNOWN. He switches Personalities, each with it's own way of attacking, ranging from calm, slow, thought out attacks, to lashing out in rage.
UNKNOWN GENOCIDE - Takes the form of a giant Reploid with a large body, it incorporates all abilities of the SYN's, and the rest of Chiba's copied data.
NOTE: The Transformation of the Seven Deadly SYN's is dangerous, fatal, and the UNKNOWN GENOCIDE transformation is suicidal; very high chance of death when utilizing skill.
Background: Chiba was built as a New Generation Reploid, and has survived through the Maverick Wars, the Elf Wars, the Second Maverick Wars, and Vile's/Weil's Incident. He is a true Reploid, and is thus hunted by the government until he is dead or he decides to be given a life span. He seems to be an ally to the Guardians, except...!?
